Ive also had no issues this this company. Their product is fantastic and you get so much of it! even when something was nearing expiration they came and replaced it immediately for me for free. I think their customer service was good... i guess "to each their own opinion" because me and my family think its great!
I was force to stayed with this company and over payed for there food!
I signed a contrat around December 14, whe I talked to my husband we decide not to go ahead with the order, we called them, nobody answer my calls or my messeges, finally I got in touch with customer service in janauary just to find out they were close for Christmas and since I only had 10 days to cancel my contract there is was nothing they can do!
We got the delivery on January 21, it was just one guy, named James! Trying to bring a large freezer in to my home, he damage my back door, they promise to fixed....... Well 4 MONTHS LATER!!! And I'm waiting for someone to take care of this problem, nobody knows anything, sometimes they said please email me pictures so we can do on estimate.... That doesn't work! Doug "the owner" is the one who takes care of this problems , never return my calls or email or any kind or messenges, the new excuse was we are a corporation there is no owner!

They don't care about customers, there only intention it's to keep getting money from you, if you are happy or have any problems, they will ignore you!
Quality wise it's ok, they over price there food, my friends and family were really close to order from this company but after they saw was it's been happening with us they decide not to!

Terrible company!!!! Be careful to sign any contract with them !!!!! First they didn't honour what they promise: that after one year contract I could keep the freezer for free. That didn't happen. They asked to sign another one year contract and after that they said will give. Really? Because I didn't sign the second year contract they came to get the freezer and damaged my hardwood floor. In the same day I called them to complain and sent pictures. Nobody answered me. After many calls talking with the most impolite representatives of the customer service they end up saying that they were investigating.....What? Where? Who? Nobody never gave me a call back, neither answered my emails. The representative that came to my house to sell said that he couldn't help. The Manager never called me back even had asked to HR, Sales and Customer Service to talk to him. The last call they told for me to wait that their lawyer is sending a letter to say that they are not responsible for damage inside customer's house. What????? Even this letter I didn't receive yet..... That's the after sale of the DIRECT TO HOME GROCERY. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THAT FOR ANYBODY!!!!
My wife and I are enjoying the food that has been supplied. The quality of the chicken is wonderful, the beef is fantastic and myself the battered style fish- I am shocked and wonderfully surprised at the taste texture and quality for the simple reason of being east coaster.... Very delicious!
The fish will not last too long with me.

I understand that you are a business and I respect that. My personal opionion is that there are no savings or convienence. As a client I am entitled to that opinion. To the people that are happy with your business I am happy for them. I am simply giving my opinion to give people an option. For some (lg families, families with disabilities etc) DTH is worth it.... but for the average family I dont believe it is. I am entitled to my opinion. I wish you continued success. As for future clientele that may be looking into this opportunity, take the time and do your homework and make sure that it is truly worth it to you. I will say that customer service this time around was much better. The sales representative was very pleasant as well when I decided to cancel my order there was no pressure to stay.

My husband and I ordered a few years ago and were not happy with the customer service in anyway at all!!!! Surprising they didnt call us to reorder nor to pick up their freezer until just this month..they ensured us that the service and food would be better this time around..we gave them the benefit of the doubt and made the appointment. Upon placing the order which was going to cost us $5700 for the year, which was the same cost as last time but way less food, we actually took the time to calculate how much it would cost for us to buy it ourselves. And yes we overpricedand recorded brand name product prices. To purchase it ourselves it would have cost us $2500. Im sorry but a $3200 difference is not worth the time I'm saving nor convenience. Considering I'm still traveling to the grocery store for produce, bread , milk and so on at least every other week. Where is my time saving??? Its a scam. How these people can honestly feel good about what they do is mind boggling!
Me and my hubby used grocery gateway before this company. i have to say Dth foods has more benefits and savings. they give you free deliveries and bulk costing at wholesale rates rather than having to be at home weekly to obtain an order they bring you it in 2 shipments therefore leaving you with everything you need in your cupboards and freezer and not having to worry about lacking an item or being home on time to meet the delivery man. we love this
This is from personal experience, but one word I can use is WOW. there is so much food I don't know where to put it or what to do with it. I've posted pictures on my Facebook and got money back for referring friends too... I will be a definite repeat customer, feel free to contact me with questions because WOW- I just can't believe this awesomeness!
I just received my food plan from DTH Foods and am very happy. Especially close to Christmas, with my payments not starting till January its great to have unlimited amounts of food at hand for our Christmas and New Years parties. My husband has posted on his facebook pictures of the food as he is so impressed. Great company
My family is exceptionally happy with this company and service. Having food readily available is great...and having things done for us in a timely manner helped alot and proved quality
I had a couple of issues with the delivery but with in a reasonable time frame (about a week ) everything was resolved to my satisfaction.
Can't give a 5 because I didn't try al different foods yet For now 4 is appropriate.

they are picking up my food call the ministry of consumer services. Check online how to make a cancellation of your agreement and do it within the time frame and it will happen be persistent. Leave a paper tail because it may and up in court take pics of everything and do your own count there afraid to go to court cause there rip off artist
The people that said they are excellent are either employees or the owner they are the worst run company extremely rude and will not return your calls once you run into problems they are way over priced worst company ever stay far away if you investigate properly you will find many many complaints against them.

I have my order for about a month and,as convenience , has been great .I am impressed also with the quality of the meats .
Food great . Had some issues with the delivery ,Made a couple of calls and was surprised how everything has been taken care to my satisfaction .Nice to know that nowadays we still can get costumer service

My husband and I met with the DTH Sales Rep and he was wonderful. He took the time to go through everything with us and saved us lots of $$$ on our grocery bill. Our first order arrived and we already BBQ their meats. WONDERFUL !!! They delivered, packed our freezer for us and went on their way. I would highly recommend them and I will !!
This is a total scam. The delivery guy was very unprofessional, and several items were missing from our order. Their head office hung up on us and the supervisor was screaming at my wife...beyond unacceptable. The excuse was the delivery guy was on percocet and it was making him very miserable, so I should be understanding. Our problems are still not rectified.

DTH Foods has helped my family with cost efficiency, convenience and time. I have most of my foods right at my finger tips. No more gas money, travel time or missing dinner items. They had good customer service. The delivery men were kind and helpful. A few small mistakes were taken care of right away and i was compensated for the mixups. I will buy again from them. They are the worst. Stay far away from this company as you can. They are extremly nice to you when they arrange a visit and discuss food options. Once you have received the shipment you will soon realize that you have been lied to about how much money you have saved and the amount of extras that you will have to buy that is not in your order. AND THERE IS NO WAY OF CANCELLING ONCE YOU START WITH THEIR COMPANY. DO NO EVEN CONSIDER THEM . very very poor customer service you will be treated awful and soon realize it was the worst mistake you have ever made.
I recently bought from dth foods.
When they came to deliver the food our order was a disaster they did not give us what we ordered.
In my opinion this is how they scam people ,they have all kinds of excuses to why the order is wrong but in reality it is to confuse the customer to take advantage of the mistake and not provide what they say.
My wife told them that the pork tenderloin that they sent was not right and the delivery person which was the head of marketing argued it was right but in realitie it was a cheap cut of pork.
This company has come to our house two times now and still have not provided what they said they would.
I wounder how many people get scammed because of the confusion of the deliveries and lies?

i recently purchased from DTH FOODS in December and have enjoyed it. We took time to go over the cost efficiency of it and so far it has benefited us. I am happy with this service and would reccomend it to others to try out.
Do your homework and you will find out this is not a real deal but a real rip off. The package we got was supposed to save us alot money over the local grocers. After taking time to price everything at Wal-mart and Superstore. DTHG charged us $3,400.00 more then what those two stores would charge us for the same quantities and very same items. They were charging us more then double then local grocers. The beef and chicken is very thin less then a 1/2 inch thick. The order was messed up from the very first moment and the lasting a year for a family of five on a tight income is a BIG FAT LIE. In the long run we will run out in 6-8 months tops. And still be paying them for air. DO NOT GO DOWN THIS ROAD. IF it is too good to be true it probably is and this company is not a good deal.
Crappy tasting food that can not be returned. 6 kids in my house that do not like the chicken nuggets!!??? Steaks do not taste good. Customer service is the worst I have experienced. I was told on the phone, I had just wasted 15 mins. of his time.
